I did some research on how highly effective is garlic for tackling endometriosis? Is it really worth to try as the taste of garlic not everybody can take it. I tried it myself and felt the benefit of it. It is true that after been few weeks taking it I feel my body getting better, stronger and healthier.
Before taking this garlic as my morning routine food I started with lime juice + warm water + honey to tackle my endometriosis and indeed it helped me to reduce my cyst and control my endometriosis symptoms but after I added in my daily morning routine with garlic + honey I felt even more better and I felt my cyst getting even smaller and my endometriosis symptoms gone. Each segment of garlic bulb is called clove. According to Tracey Brigman, a food and nutrition expert at the University of Georgia eating one to two cloves a day should be the maximum consume by anyone. Eating more than that may cause upset stomach, diarrhea, bloating, or bad breath. I usually only eat only half a clove every morning and It already give me a lot of benefit to my body.

Taking garlic in the morning help you have better digestion. Studies have shown that garlic if eaten on an empty stomach acts as a powerful antibiotic. It is more effective when you eat it before breakfast because bacteria is exposed and cannot defend itself from succumbing to its power.
