I usually start my daily activities in the morning with drinking lime + honey + warm water and after that will cut half clove of garlic and put some honey on top and eat it. 1. Omega 3
Omega 3 is very good for both men and women. One of the benefit of omega 3 is to increase fertility rate by boosting sperm motility and help achieve pregnancy over age 35. It is important for you if you want to buy omega 3 supplements consist of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Vitamin C can be found in Lime and Garlic but I also eat another supplement called “Sangobion” It consist of Vitamin B12, Vitamin C help to absorb iron, folic acid, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate, Ferrous Gluconate which is a substances forming red blood cells. For 2 hours before or after consuming sangobion avoid taking antacid drug, tea, coffee, milk because will decrease the effectiveness of sangobion.
Vitamin B12 and folic acid can enhance fertility. Getting folic acid is good choice for pregnancy and for women who trying to conceive too. it’s recommended that women who are trying to conceive take a daily dose of 400 to 800 mcg folic acid starting at least 1 month before becoming pregnant.
3. Vitamin D
Studies have found that vitamin D levels has benefit for men in improving ability of sperm to begin a pregnancy, both during ovulation induction and timed intercourse. Vitamin D have also been linked to healthy semen quality and sperm motility (movement), which may help improve pregnancy rates. For women Vitamin D may boost production of good-quality eggs in the ovaries and improve the chances of embryos implanting successfully in the uterus.
4. Vitamin E
Vitamin E has a lot of benefit for vision, reproduction, health of your blood, brain and skin. You usually hear that Vitamin E is for skin care to reduce wrinkles as Vitamin E works to repair cells and that is why it so effective as fertility supplement. vitamin E can increase cervical mucus, making it easier for sperm to stay alive for longer. Vitamin E also has antioxidant properties.
